Tickets are just $20 for the Labor Day Weekend concert featuring two bands with Asbury Park roots and a feel-good vibe. The beer garden opens at 7 p.m. with the show starting at 8 p.m.

deSoL, cranking out "Rock & Roll with a Latin Soul" since 2001, returns to the Jersey Shore for the first time after hiatus. Formed 12 years ago in Asbury Park, the band took its mix of rock hooks and fiery Latin rhythms on the road during the 2000s supporting R.E.M., Blues Traveler, Los Lonely Boys, Ozomatli, Cypress Hill and others.

Mumford, who opened for G. Love at the Algonquin last summer, will return with his full band fresh off releasing "It's Only Change" on July 30. Recorded in Nashville, this is his fifth studio album featuring an array of different emotions and musical elements of pop, funk, reggae and surf grooves. Ken Coomer (Wilco, Uncle Tupelo) said: "Quincy Mumford is a true artist that can bring raw 70's style rock and funk highlighted with the voice of an old soul, it's a perfect blend."

Tickets are available online at algonquinarts.org, by phone at (732) 528-9211 or in the Box Office during regular business hours (12-6 p.m. weekdays and 12-4 p.m. Saturdays). Individual tickets are subject to a $2 per ticket processing fee.

About Quincy Mumford and The Reason Why
After five years, four award-winning albums and more than 400 shows, when "It's Only Change" drops on July 30 it will be the fifth album for Mumford, a New Jersey-based 21 year-old singer/songwriter. "It's Only Change" was recorded in Nashville with producer Ken Coomer (Wilco, Uncle Tupelo) and features performances from Jerry Roe (K.D. Lang), David Labruyere (John Mayer) and Aubrey Freed (Black Crowes, Sheryl Crow).

"This record is like nothing I have ever done before," Mumford said. "For the first time, I was able to mesh all of my influences into one complete piece of work."

"It's Only Change" incorporates many different emotions and musical styling's including rock, soul, jazz, funk and hip-hop. Several different life changing experiences during the past year have provided Mumford with an array of lyrical content to complement the expansive sonic approach to "It's Only Change."

Quincy and The Reason Why are excited to continue their tireless performance schedule which has found them sharing the stage with Slightly Stoopid, Rusted Root, moe., Donovan Frankenreiter, Tedeschi Trucks Band and performing at major music festivals The Gathering of the Vibes and Musikfest. Quincy and the band also volunteer their time for The Surfrider Foundation and hold other environmental causes close to their collective hearts.

Optimistic, charismatic, and undeniably genuine, Quincy's music possesses the same "feel good" attitude that the young man himself does. "It's Only Change" establishes Quincy Mumford and The Reason Why as a "Band to Watch" in 2013.
